Analysis of the range of educational activities for lecturers in adult education, based on the National Qualifications Framework

The topic of this bachelor thesis is adult educators and educational activities for them. It deals with the current situation in adult education, notes the approach to this issue in strategic documents and national legislation. It deals with the role of adult educators and in the next part focuses specifically on one of them, namely the lecturer of adult education. It focuses on the specifics of this role, especially the competencies of lecturers of adult education, which it views from different points of view, and devotes great attention to the qualification requirements set by the standards of the National Qualifications Framework as a state authority of a confirmed quality framework. The empirical research is carried out between three groups of respondents, namely providers of educational activities for adult educators, subjects with accreditation of the Ministry of Education entitled to grant certificates, and finally between adult educators themselves (lecturers, trainers, etc.). It examines, in particular, the question of the quality of educational activities from the point of view of these three groups.
